IW is kinda bad...[Flurry][Illusionary Weapon][ancestor's visage][Sympathetic Visage][illusion of weakness][healing signet]/some pve skill.[Finish Him!]/[You Move Like a Dwarf!][Bonetti's Defense].
12+1+1 illusion and 12 tacs, use daggers or a sword+shield, depending on where you are..daggers is more dmg,but much less defense.

If you set your secondary to assassin and take advantage of the shadow arts you have alittle more protection. You need to know the areas you are going to becuase if the area has enchantment strips you are dead in the water. Pick up an enchantment sword and a shield that adds health for enchantments. The mainskills I would look at to take advantage of are
[dark escape] [feigned neutrality] [shroud of distress] [viper's defense]
Good luck

Daggers provide no benefit over swords if you're running with 0 in your weapon mastery attribute, because double strikes are dependent on dagger mastery. Without double strikes, daggers have the same attack rate as swords.

You'd need to take a serious beating to accumulate that 8 adrenaline to fuel BD.
http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Adrenaline
For every 25% of your health lost, you gain approximately 1 "strike" of adrenaline--the equivalent of an attack landing. Note that health lost includes ranged attacks and spell damage but excludes health degeneration and life stealing skills.
Plus your attacks never get blocked under IW - so you aren't getting back ANY energy from BD.
Not pretty.

I sometimes enjoy using IW with a 55 HP build, like maybe this:
[Illusionary Weapon][Protective Spirit][Healing Breeze][Mending] plus whatever (visages, illusion of haste, energy tap ...)
IW does good damage, especially against heavily armored enemies, and doesn't take much energy to maintain.
